Admiralty recognizes that the MBTI© (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) and DiSC© assessments are valuable tools within a broader spectrum of assessments and interventions. While these assessments provide insights into individuals' personality traits, work preferences, and communication styles, it is essential to consider them as part of a comprehensive approach to understanding and developing individuals and teams.
To gain maximum benefit from an assessment like the MBTI© or DiSC©, organizations should have baseline data from other measures. Baseline data can include information gathered from performance evaluations, feedback from supervisors and colleagues, self-assessments, and other relevant assessments specific to the organization's goals and context. These multiple data points allows for a more comprehensive understanding of individuals' strengths, weaknesses, and areas for growth.
Once baseline data is established, the MBTI© and DiSC© assessments can be used as interventions rather than one-off tests. This means that the results should be integrated into development programs, coaching sessions, team-building exercises, or other initiatives aimed at improving individual and team effectiveness. By incorporating the insights gained from these assessments into ongoing interventions, organizations can help individuals better understand their own preferences and behaviors, enhance communication and collaboration, and support personal and professional growth.
Our team incorporates evidence-based approaches in the sharing of MBTI© and DiSC© assessment results so you can ensure that the services and support we offer align with the most effective strategies in education. Your organization will better understand, recall, and apply the results from these tools by attending our virtual or in-person sessions.
Virtual sessions provide the convenience of remote access, allowing participants to join from anywhere, while still receiving valuable training and guidance. On the other hand, in-person sessions can provide a more immersive and interactive experience, fostering deeper connections and opportunities for hands-on learning.
During these sessions, we show you how to effectively interpret and utilize the results from the MBTI© and DiSC©. This may include training on data analysis techniques, report interpretation, and strategies for implementing evidence-based recommendations.
By attending these sessions, our clients can gain the necessary skills and knowledge to make informed decisions and implement effective practices in their organization.
